Yes, we are State licensed home inspectors. InterNACHI certiied and past "My Safe Florida Home" Inspectors.

Do we work weekends?

Yes, we perform inspections 6 days a week and answer calls 7 days a week.

If I have a general questions may I call?

Absolutly, we are a full service company here for you seven days a week until 9 pm.

Do we take credit cards?

Yes, Visa and Mastercard.

Do we get paid at closing?

No, I am sorry we can no longer offer this type of service/payment method. Payment is due at time of inspection.
 

How long to receive my report?

We deliver reports via internet and email on the sameday of your inspection.

Do we perform repairs?

No, this is a conflict of interest and against or standards of practice.
