It is not an appraisal, which determines market value or a municipal code inspection used to verify local code compliance. Our inspectors will not pass or fail a home, but rather describe its current condition and indicate what may need repair or replacement. The best time to contact an inspector is after you have made an offer on the house and before you sign the contract.
